Chart A - AUTHENTICATION PRICING

For 50+ Autographs, call for rates

Example 1: A single signed Nolan Ryan photo would be $20.

Example 2: If there are 22 autographs on the item with Nolan Ryan as the Primary ($20), the price based on the chart above is $150.

Premium Letter Upgrade (optional): Items submitted with an authentication price lower than $50 are issued a small 3x3 Certificate of Authenticity. Upgrades to full Premium Letters of Authenticity are available for an additional $15. Full Premium Letters are automatically issued for items submitted at $50 and above, no additional payment is required.

Replacements for missing or lost Certificates or Letters of Authenticity are available at $15 each. To request a new Certificate or Letter of Authenticity, please contact us by telephone at (800) 325-1121.

AUTOGRAPH GRADING:

Authentication price as illustrated above plus grading price below.

1. For 1-3 autographs, all signatures are graded individually.* If Autograph Authentication Price =	Grading Price =

* While each signature is assigned an individual grade for 1-3 autographs, one overall averaged grade is assigned for the item. Four or more autographs will not be graded individually and will only receive one overall grade for all signatures.

Autograph Grading: A single signed item (which includes autographed baseballs) would receive one grade - a grade reflecting the condition of the autograph only. Read about the PSA/DNA Autograph Grading Process for more details.

Baseball Grading: Autographs on a baseball will receive two individual grades for the condition of the autograph and baseball, averaged to an overall grade.

PREMIUM ITEM CHARGE:

Any item with a declared value of $1,000 or higher is subject to an additional charge.

ENCAPSULATION:

Turnaround time is approximately 30 business days once we receive your submission into our system. Tamper-evident, sonically-sealed cases are used to encapsulate autographed trading cards, photographs, checks, index cards, postcards and cuts. The attractive, hard plastic cases provide protection from pressure and most damage.

1. All autographs submitted for encapsulation must be submitted on an Autograph Encapsulation Submission form as a separate order from items not being encapsulated (separate shipping charges apply).
2. If encapsulation in our tamper-evident holder is selected, the submitter will forgo the Certificate or full Premium Letter, PSA/DNA tamper-evident label and DNA daub. The customer may request to receive a Premium Letter of Authenticity in addition to encapsulation for an additional $15.
3. Please note that encapsulation is only available for items that fit in Holders Currently Available. Any item requiring a Supersized or T3 holder will be subject to an additional $7 holder charge and any item requiring a Jumbo holder will be subject to an additional $30 holder charge, excluding Reholder Services.

Expedited Processing:

Not available for Original Photograph, Professional Model Bat or Professional Model Glove Authentication Services. Also during the week of the Fanatics Authentic Chicago Show (March and November) and the National Sports Collectors Convention (August). View all pricing below.

ON-SITE SHOW AUTHENTICATION:

On-site autograph authentication is available at various trade shows throughout the nation. Turnaround time varies with demand; estimated two hour service is available for an additional charge. Letters of Authenticity are issued by mail within two weeks after the completion of the show. To see if PSA/DNA will be providing onsite authentication at an upcoming show check our Show Schedule.

ON-SITE AUTHENTICATION AT YOUR LOCATION:

OTHER SERVICES:

Bulk Authentication is available. Prices are based upon the volume and type of autographs you plan to submit. To request this service, please contact us by telephone at (800) 325-1121.

PSA/DNA is hired by many leading auction houses to authenticate autographs and professional model bats in their catalogs prior to sale. Please look for these Pre-Certified logos in participating auction catalogs or websites.
