Yes. We do authenticate and encapsulate autograph submissions at the New Jersey office. To submit, schedule an appointment through ouror call customer service at (800) 325-1121 for further assistance. Upon arrival at our office at your designated time, you will meet with one of our sales representatives who will guide you through the submission process. Filling out the appropriate PSA submission forms prior to your arrival will help to expedite the process. Each service level and type of submission will need to be submitted separately.
The turnaround time for any autograph submission dropped off is an estimated 20 business days. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.
Yes. If requested, the New Jersey office will ship items back to customers. Shipping fees will be added and charged before shipping.
Yes. To ship to the New Jersey office, follow the same shipping guidelines as you would for the California headquarters. For more information on how to ship your items, please refer to the packing guidelines. Be advised that if the item is not easily retrievable through the packaging, is poorly packed and/or is damaged in transit, your package may be refused.

Yes. The New Jersey office accepts professional bat, glove, and ring/award/trophy submissions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Only professional bat submissions can be picked up at the New Jersey office.

Yes, we accept dual service autograph orders at the New Jersey Office. The New Jersey office will ship your order to PSA Headquarters and authenticators to go through the full authentication process. Return shipping fees will apply.
Yes. The New Jersey office is a drop-off only location for grading submissions. The location does not offer on-site grading for these submissions at this time so we ship all grading submissions to PSA headquarters for you free of charge. However, you are responsible for return shipping.
We ship submissions to PSA headquarters on a weekly basis, fully insured with tracking and signature required. You will receive an email once your submission has arrived at the PSA headquarters.
