PSA Video Game and Media Shipping Guide

Follow each step to protect your video games, DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs, and other physical media so they arrive safely at PSA.

Step 1

Gather Your Supplies

You’ll need your submission form, bubble wrap, styrofoam, box protectors, a new shipping box, and packing tape.

Step 2

Wrap Each Item

Individually wrap each item in bubble wrap, ensuring all surfaces are protected. Use tape sparingly to avoid tape contacting your item’s seal upon unboxing. (NOTE: If using box protectors or hard acrylic cases to protect your games during shipment, please note that these items will not be returned to you.)

Step 3

Add Cushioning to Box

Place a layer of packing peanuts or styrofoam at the bottom of the box.

Step 4

Insert Items in Order

Stack your media in the exact sequence as seen on your submission form, starting with Item #1 on top, Item #2 directly underneath, and so on. Fill the sides of the box with packing peanuts. Be careful not to pack items too tightly. For additional protection, you may double box your order by placing your fully-packed box inside a larger box with packaging material surrounding the interior box on all sides.

Step 5

Include Your Submission Form

Place your printed order invoice, provided at checkout, into the box.

Step 6

Seal the Box

Use packing tape or security tape to seal all seams securely. Avoid painters tape, thin scotch tape, or repurposed tape.

Step 7

Address the Box Correctly

Make sure your shipping label is addressed to the correct PSA destination. Find them listed below for easy reference. Avoid label pouches; instead, secure labels directly on the box with clear tape.
