Please note that PSA’s carrier choices may change in the future. If you pay our shipping fee, all packages are shipped using PSA’s own insurance and the process requires signature confirmation for delivery.
If you would like to guarantee that your order ships via a certain carrier, please create a shipping account with that carrier (currently only FedEx) and provide PSA with the account number and shipping information for that account. If you use your own account, you will also need to insure your own shipment as our insurance only covers shipments made on our accounts. Due to the high volume of PSA Shipping, we are unable to accommodate special requests for specific shipping carriers or methods outside of specifying a carrier account number that bills directly to you.
Please also note that once an order is shipped, PSA is unable to reroute or redirect the shipment to a new address or intended recipient.
Customs Commercial Invoice
Value should be $2,500.00 or less, if over $2,500.00 your package may be held at US Customs for formal entry, meaning you may need US Customs Broker assistance and pay a fee.
Commodity/content description: “Sports Cards printed on cardboard being sent for assessment. These are not sold items and will be returned to the owner after assessment”.
Please make sure to mark “Bill to Sender” on the airway bill as you are responsible for any and all customs and/or carrier processing fees associated with your shipment. Failure to do so could result in delays and additional fees.
When you pay PSA’s International Return shipping fee, the package is returned fully insured with the carrier of our choice.
Customs Commercial Invoice will be electronically filed so that no description will be on the outside of the box.

The value we use for customs is the total grading fee paid per submission up to $2,500USD. If the order exceeds $2,500 in grading fees we will split your order into multiple packages to avoid having to apply for an EEI.

If you would like to use a different value, you will need to fill out and attach a “PSA Customs Form SI” for each submission:
Again, you are responsible for paying any duty or tax fees on your incoming or outgoing shipments. On the airway bills and commercial invoices please remember to mark “Bill Sender” on all. If you are using your own FedEx account you are releasing PSA from all liabilities due to loss or damage to the package.
