On September 14, PSA will open a new service level called Standard: $59.99 per card with an estimated 90 to 100 business-day turnaround time and a maximum insured value of $1,000. We are introducing the Standard service level to provide collectors a lower price point that balances card value and speed.

This is a first step in our commitment to bring back service levels thoughtfully, prioritizing customer experience, price, and speed after our service level pause. Standard is not a replacement for our Value tiers, which remain paused, and we remain committed to reactivating service levels as we scale to meet demand. Standard orders will be processed following existing Value and Bulk orders.

We will continue to be guided by turnaround times, backlog, and customer needs as we open service levels; by sequencing our reopening, we can better understand demand and respond accordingly.

“I'm very proud of the way our teams across PSA have responded over the past weeks and months. We continue to see record throughput while maintaining a high quality bar across grading, and that is a testament to both the commitment of our teams and the investments we've made in our process and the business,” said Ryan Hoge, President of PSA and Grading at Collectors. “Today's updates are a great step forward. I want to thank our customers for your patience and feedback. We will continue to invest and scale, which will allow us to forecast demand, reduce turnaround times, and serve the community through increased capacity and expanded services at lower price points.”

Accepting orders from European collectors on September 15

Starting September 15 at 12:01 AM (Central European Time), collectors across the European Union can submit directly to PSA for local grading. Our facility in Frankfurt will offer all globally available service levels across cards, autographed cards, tickets, and packs. Grading in Frankfurt will reduce the time, costs, and delays associated with international shipping.

“We are excited to open our doors to collectors across Europe. Delivering the same PSA services available around the world from Frankfurt will give our European customers more speed and more confidence when they submit their items for authentication and grading, as they will no longer need to manage the friction of international shipping,” stated Matthias Peuckert, Managing Director of PSA Europe.

Aligning service level names and pricing

As we scale globally, our naming, pricing, and service levels need to align with customers' needs and expectations. Today, we are announcing changes to the names of two service levels and adjusting the price of Express, where demand has grown faster than that specialized capacity can scale, to protect the estimated 20-30 business day turnaround for this service level.

Priority is the new name for our $79.99 service level (previously Regular). Priority has an estimated turnaround time of 70-80 business days and a maximum insured value of $1,500 per card.

Our fastest service level will now be called Premier (previously Walk-Through). Premier is priced at $599 per card, with an estimated turnaround time of 7-10 business days and a maximum insured value of $10,000 per card.

Starting today, Express will now be priced at $199.00. We are making this change to maintain the current 20-30 business day estimate for this critical service level. The maximum value for cards submitted under the Express service level remains unchanged at $2,500.

Orders already in progress are unaffected by these changes and will be graded under the terms by which they were submitted.

As of 9/14/2026, the following service levels will be open:

Grading Service Levels

Made possible through our investment

Reopening service levels and opening PSA Europe is possible because of the $200 million infrastructure investment announced in May. That investment supports our facilities, logistics, technology, and people and has resulted in 40% greater global production versus last year. Our facility in Plano, Texas, opened in July and is running as a full grading facility. And with the introduction of PSA Europe, we now have six global grading facilities, which we will continue to scale.

Value tiers remain paused

Going forward, we will reopen additional tiers in phases to model demand accurately and avoid submission spikes that could create delays or a backlog beyond our ability to forecast and manage. Yesterday, we reported that our active global backlog is down to approximately 9.9 million units.
