1986 Donruss Rookies

The 1986 Donruss Rookies set consists of 56 cards, each measuring 2-1/2" by 3-1/2”. Included with the set were an additional 15 pieces that, when joined, created a Hank Aaron puzzle. The front of each card is similar in design to the regular 1986 issue, with a posed or in-action color photo framed by a blue border; the card front also bears the team logo, the respective player’s name and position, as well as “The Rookies” logo. Cards of Barry Bonds (#11), Jose Canseco (#22), Will Clark (#32) and Bo Jackson (#38) anchor the set. The 1986 Donruss Rookies edition was distributed wrapped in cellophane, which often resulted in damage to the top card, Wally Joyner (#1).
