Burbank Drop Off/Long Beach Expo Pickup:
Burbank orders will be ready for pick up at Long Beach Expo starting Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 10 am.
Courier Service (cards only):
Submissions for courier service will be accepted Wednesday* - Thursday. Turnaround time for courier service is “End of Show” (Saturday).
Types of Submissions Accepted for Courier Service:
Card Grading, Review, Crossover, Dual Service, and Reholder;
PSA is requiring collectors to visit the Online Submission Center to prepare and print submission forms before visiting the booth. Bring a copy of the completed submission order along with your cards to the show to expedite the process.
Service Levels Eligible:
Grading, Review, & Crossover – Express ($99.99/card) or higher
Dual Service - Express ($129.98/card) or higher
Reholder – $50/card Service level or higher
Submission Cut-off time: Thursday, September 7, 2:30 pm
Turnaround time for courier service is “End of Show”
Note: PSA is not offering any bulk services, discounts, or vouchers at the show.
*Wednesday is open to Dealers and VIP ticket holders only.
Drop-off Submissions:
PSA Customer Service will be on-site accepting drop-off submissions for cards, tickets, packs, dual service, Funko pops, autograph encapsulation, and PSA Vault.
Drop-off submissions will be accepted until Saturday, September 9 at 3:30 pm.
Customers are required to visit the Online Submission Center to prepare and print submission forms before visiting the booth. Bring a copy of the completed submission form with your collectibles to the show to expedite the process.
PSA Autograph Onsite Service:
PSA Autograph Authenticators will be on-site to authenticate both previously signed memorabilia and signatures on memorabilia obtained on-site on Friday and Saturday only (September 8-9).
Turnaround varies with demand. A 4-hour expedited service will be available for an additional $75 for every 1-5 items. Letters of Authenticity will be issued by mail in approximately four weeks.

What does on-site card grading mean?
On-site grading means PSA experts will be authenticating and grading trading cards on-site at the show.
What does on-site autograph authentication mean?
On-site Autograph Authentication means PSA/DNA experts will be authenticating autographs on-site at the show.
What does accepting take-home submissions mean?
Take-home submissions are accepted at the show and brought back to our offices for processing. Once completed, we then ship the submission back to you. For this reason, return shipping charges are required.
PSA accepts the following for take-home submission with completed online submission forms:
- Trading Cards
- Autographed Trading Cards for Dual Service
- Tickets
- Unopened Packs
Please note that you must complete an online submission center submission form in advance of the show in order for your submission to be accepted for the above services.
PSA no longer accepts paper carbon copy submission forms.
PSA will accept the following using forms secured at the show from our staff:
- All Autographed Memorabilia
- All Autographed Memorabilia submitted for encapsulation
- Game Used Bats
- Game Used Gloves
- Original Photographs

What is two-hour express service?
Two-hour express Service is our PSA/DNA Express Service or expedited processing service; for an additional cost, you can pay to have your autograph authentication order processed on-site and receive it back in approximately two hours.
