PSA will be offering the following drop-off special:
Drop off your submissions at Collect-A-Con Long Beach and pick them up at the Burbank Card Show ( August 31 - September 3, 2023)
Types of Submissions Accepted for Show Special:
Card Grading, Review, Crossover, Dual Service, and Reholder;
PSA requires collectors to visit the Online Submission Center to prepare and print submission forms before visiting the booth. Bring a copy of the completed submission order along with your cards to the show to expedite the process. Please write “Pick up at Burbank” on the top of your submission form.
Service Levels Eligible (cards only):
Grading, Review, & Crossover – Express ($150/card) or higher
Dual Service - Express ($195/card) or higher
Reholder – $50/card Service level or higher
Submission Cut-off time: Sunday, August 27, 4:00 pm
Orders will be ready for pick up at Burbank starting Friday, September 1 at 11 am.
Drop-off Submissions:
PSA Customer Service will be on-site accepting drop-off submissions for cards, tickets, packs, dual service, Funko pops, autograph encapsulation, video games, and PSA Vault.
Drop-off submissions will be accepted until Sunday, August 27, at 4:00 pm.
Customers are required to visit the Online Submission Center to prepare and print submission forms before visiting the booth. Bring a copy of the completed submission form with your collectibles to the show to expedite the process.
All submission cut-off times are subject to change.
PSA Autograph Onsite Service:
PSA Autograph Authenticators will be on-site to authenticate both previously signed memorabilia and signatures on memorabilia obtained on-site. Turnaround varies with demand.
Letters of Authenticity will be issued by mail within approximately three weeks if purchased.

What does on-site card grading mean?
On-site grading means PSA experts will be authenticating and grading trading cards on-site at the show.
What does on-site autograph authentication mean?
On-site Autograph Authentication means PSA/DNA experts will be authenticating autographs on-site at the show.
What does accepting take-home submissions mean?
Take-home submissions are accepted at the show and brought back to our offices for processing. Once completed, we then ship the submission back to you. For this reason, return shipping charges are required.
PSA accepts the following for take-home submission with completed online submission forms:
- Trading Cards
- Autographed Trading Cards for Dual Service
- Tickets
- Unopened Packs
Please note that you must complete an online submission center submission form in advance of the show in order for your submission to be accepted for the above services.
PSA no longer accepts paper carbon copy submission forms.
PSA will accept the following using forms secured at the show from our staff:
- All Autographed Memorabilia
- All Autographed Memorabilia submitted for encapsulation
- Game Used Bats
- Game Used Gloves
- Original Photographs

What is two-hour express service?
Two-hour express Service is our PSA/DNA Express Service or expedited processing service; for an additional cost, you can pay to have your autograph authentication order processed on-site and receive it back in approximately two hours.
