The 1970 Topps sets is one of the tougher sets to compile in a high grade due to its having a gray border that stretches to the edge of the card. It probably would be more respected for its condition-sensitivity if it weren't the predecessor to the EXTREMELY difficult black-bordered 1971 set. The 1970 set only contains one significant rookie card, that of "died way before his time icon" Thurman Munson.
