I started this collection in the spring of 2000. The modern cards I was collecting were frustrating to say the least. Numbered short prints, and inserts that were worthless 12 months later seemed like a waste of time and money. However, the few inserts that really held my interest were the autographed cards. Especially the reprints of retired stars. I finally had a focus. One autographed card of every Hall of Fame player. A finite number of cards with a few new players added each year. Some cards are easy, most are scarce, and a few I will probably never have (i.e. Dihigo). 6/8/04 Well I made it to 40% in 4 years. I was attempting a type set but the slow pace was too frustrating. NO STICKER autographs now or ever. 8/12/05 50% in a little more than 5 years. 12/31/2016 60% complete, it's been 16 years and I am still at it.

Nice 1966 topps triple signed card with Clemente. Let me know if you are interested in trading that card for a 1968 topps triple signed with Clemente. Thanks Nick. You can check out my card under the 1968 topps auto set(nick procce)
