AUTOGRAPH SUBMISSIONS FAQ

Yes. We do authenticate and encapsulate autograph submissions at the New Jersey office. To submit, schedule an appointment through our online appointment tool. Upon arrival at our office at your designated time, you will meet with one of our sales representatives who will guide you through the submission process. Filling out the appropriate PSA submission forms prior to your arrival will help to expedite the process. Each service level and type of submission will need to be submitted separately.

The turnaround time for any autograph submission dropped off is an estimated 20 business days. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.

Yes. If requested, the New Jersey office will ship items back to customers. Shipping fees will be added and charged before shipping.

Yes. To ship to the New Jersey office, follow the same shipping guidelines as you would for the California headquarters. For more information on how to ship your items, please refer to the packaging guidelines. Be advised that if the item is not easily retrievable through the packaging, is poorly packed and/or is damaged in transit, your package may be refused.

BAT AND GLOVE SUBMISSIONS FAQ

The New Jersey office no longer accepts professional bat or professional glove submissions. Please mail those submissions directly to the addresses listed on their submission forms.

Yes. We process all original photograph submissions at the New Jersey office, as well as encapsulation services. The turnaround time for original photograph submission is an estimated 30 business days. Please schedule an appointment using our online appointment tool.

We no longer accept dual service autograph orders at the New Jersey Office. Please mail your dual service submissions directly to PSA Headquarters.
