We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with 5 - 7 years of strong accounting and financial analysis experience to join our team to assist the Accounting department with the fast paced month end closing process in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as US GAAP. Job duties include, but not limited to, preparation and input of standard monthly journal entries, record and maintain fixed assets, bank reconciliations, general ledger account reconciliations, record company credit card transactions, and other duties as assigned.

You’ll report to the Assistant Controller and work from our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters (hybrid). After training is complete, a hybrid schedule will be an option.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and input standard monthly journal entries as well as assist with the month end closing process
  • Perform monthly analysis of departmental revenues and costs
  • Reconcile and Analyze G/L Accounts
  • Heavy financial analysis, comparison of actual to budget and to prior year, provide meaningful recap/explanation of variances to management
  • Prepare timely and comprehensive management analysis reports to allow for informed business decisions
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Help with software upgrade/implementation
  • File multi-state sales tax returns
  • Perform daily reconciliation of cash as required by the UCC
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis reports to management when requested

Who You Are:

  • BA or BS Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Understanding of GAAP accounting concepts and revenue recognition
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Organized, problem solver, flexible and able to prioritize
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a must
  • Exposure to international operations, foreign currency translation and consolidations a plus.

We’re looking for a Collectors Community Coordinator to join our Customer Care team to provide world class customer care to our customers around the world. This role will involve items stored in the Collectors Vault and the representative in this role will work directly with customers on inquiries and concerns regarding the service. The representative in this role will actively look to engage fans over the phone, on emails, in message boards and on social media with “vault-worthy” collectibles to encourage submissions to the service. This representative will serve as a connector for all the different business units that touch Vault submissions to assist with any issues that come up. What’ll You Do:

  • Inform prospective and existing customers of company services for the Vault program over the phone, via email, in message boards and on social media
  • Assist in scheduling drop offs and submissions with customers
  • Work with Security and/or Sales if there is a high value submission taking place
  • Attend to onsite VIP submitters to ensure a first class guest experience

PSA is seeking a card grader to authenticate and grade trading cards (sports and non-sports alike). Ideal candidate will possess comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards, tickets and other sports collectibles, and be able to add experience and depth to PSA’s Grading Team. Individual should be detailed oriented, have good organization skills, and be able to focus on cards over long periods of time. Preferred applicant will have one to three years of grading experience as a professional, dealer or collector and the ability to work in a positive team environment.

PSA is seeking a card grader to authenticate and grade trading cards (sports and non-sports alike). We’re looking for a Collectors Concierge to join our Customer Care team to provide world class customer care to our customers around the world. This role will work directly with customers in person to assist with drop off orders for PSA, PCGS, PSA/DNA, and WATA. Concierge staff will help shepherd through those orders keeping the customer abreast of any issues that happen along the way up through order fulfillment and pickup. Concierge representatives will also assist with employee submissions as well. Representatives will assist with general customer care emails and order assistance during downtime.

The candidate selected will report to the Customer Care Manager and work from our Santa Ana office in person each day: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with opportunities for overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Inform prospective and existing customers of company services, memberships, procedures, policies, and promotions
  • Schedule drop offs with customers to allow there to be an organized flow of customers and products to the Collectors facility
  • Work with Security and/or Sales if there is a high value submission taking place
  • Attend to onsite VIP submitters to ensure a first class guest experience
  • Assist with inquiries on orders and pricing with customers at drop off while ensuring all  submission forms are accurately filled out, items properly handled, and orders delivered to the Receiving department for order entry 
  • Work with Logistics, Operations, Customer Care, Sales, CRC, Problem Orders Results, and Shipping to assist with any customer issues, including but not limited to resolving submission form errors, address or shipping updates, and order status inquiries 
  • Work with Finance on any issues with payment processing

  • Alert Marketing to opportunities to tell success stories from collectors, interview them, get photos for social media, etc.

You’ll report to the DNA Operations Manager and work from our Santa Ana office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organizes all incoming dual service orders for authentication and grading
    • Works day-to-day with the Autograph Graders, PSA Operations and Authentication Team to process all orders in a timely manner
    • Is the main point of contact for the Dual Service team
    • Processes orders by service level and expedites orders as necessary
  • Enters autograph names and results accurately in Grading programs
  • Supports the rest of the Autograph Operations Team with other duties as assigned

We’re looking for a NJ Operations Associate with a focus in DNA Processing. The perfect candidate will be primarily responsible for entering data for all autograph and OP submissions, printing labels, communicating directly with the Authentication staff about results, and verifying items to make sure submissions are processed correctly. This position will also require being trained and flexible in other areas needed in the NJ Woodbridge Office such as receiving, shipping, processing submissions, creating letters, inventory, customer service and/or sealing. 

What you’ll do:

  • Handle delicate and potentially high-value collectibles with the utmost care and attention.

  • Work day-to-day with operations management and authentication team to process orders in a timely manner. 
  • Research signers and cards by means of company researching methods in order to enter item information accurately

  • Scan and file all submission forms with data worksheets into storing program

The PSA Results department is looking to bring on a Pricing Results Specialist to review and adjust customer-selected submission service levels on PSA orders to accurately reflect true market values.

We’re looking for a Security Manager to join our Security team to maintain a safe and secure working environment at our Headquarters located in Santa Ana. The Security Manager is responsible for managing the security workforce; scheduling and overseeing their work; appraising their performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems within the department and outside.

What You’ll Do

  • Interview, hire, train and manage the security staff ensuring adherence to Company policies and procedures, including managing team schedules at corporate offices & trade shows, overtime requests, and permits & licensing to ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain surveillance equipment and alarms, including access control systems and video monitoring systems, ensuring that they are operational and functioning as designed. In addition, maintain physical key control for Operations & Corporate facilities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Security team and other departments/stakeholders, informing upper management of problems or security issues and communicating with other department supervisors 
  • Provide regular feedback to direct reports and conduct regular reviews of the Security Team in accordance with Company policy, fostering a team focused on growth, improvement, efficiency and respect.  Delegating certain responsibilities to members of the security team, matching responsibility to the person, to maximize team efficiency
  • Carry out preliminary investigations into discrepancies at corporate offices and events while maintaining confidentiality and treating others with consideration irrespective of status or position
  • Maintain all company wide transportation vehicles.  Keeping maintenance schedules of vehicles and documentation of services done, ensuring insurance is up to date and registration stays current.  

 

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of management experience including 3+ years in a Corporate Security (or related) environment with 1+ year in an Operations setting preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including an ability to understand and relay company policies/procedures.
  • Influential leader who can inspire/motivate others and effectively drive change within the department while forging strong relationships across the larger organization.
  • Dependable and personable team player who works well with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Security / Loss Prevention field.

Our services span collectible coins, trading cards, video games, event tickets, autographs, and memorabilia through our subsidiaries, which include Professional Sports Authenticators (PSA), Professional Coin Grading Services (PCGS), Wata, Certified Coin Exchange (CCE), Collectors Corner, Set Registry, Collectors.com, and the Long Beach Expo collectibles trade show. Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated more than 80 million items. We employ over 1,000 people across our Santa Ana, CA headquarters, New Jersey, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai and Tokyo.

We are a diverse team of product managers, designers, and data analysts. We build the products and services used in our internal operations and by millions of collectors around the world. Most of our team is based in Santa Ana, CA but we have people that work remotely from other regions across the US.

We have a wide variety of needs across the product organization - most roles are remote friendly, however we have select positions that require a hybrid onsite presence.

What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic product manager to lead the development and implementation of a high-quality product roadmap toward the team's strategy and vision.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment; leading strategic roadmap planning processes; partnering with technical teams to build innovative solutions; and solving difficult operational problems. The successful candidate will combine superior communication skills with the analytical horsepower to break down complex problems and possess a strong will to get stuff done. The candidate will have strong track record of operating both at strategic and tactical level.

About you: 

  • BS in Computer Science (or related discipline) or 3-5 years of experience as a product manager
  • A self-starter with experience launching successful products and features 
  • The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers 
  • The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal
  • Ability to communicate effectively across levels, including ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
