Skills Required to be Successful in the Position:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspects assembled parts and product for defects and deviations.
  • Counts and verifies that the product quantity matches the submission form.
  • Verifies that information on submission form matches the identifying sticker on outside of box.
  • Verifies that all information on PSA flip matches the information on the card.

The Scanning Clerk will be scanning, labeling, and storing images of various type of collectibles into designated files and perform image clean-up for website and print purposes. The position is based in Santa Ana, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle delicate, sometimes high-value, collectibles with utmost care and attention.
  • Scan a wide variety of collectibles into our database using a high-end Epson scanner.
  • Crop, label, and store scanned images into designated files in our database.
  • Perform image clean-up as necessary (i.e., making them print and/or web ready).

Competencies:

  • Must be a reliable, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasking person with great communication skills.
  • Must also be able to follow directions.
