From developing and executing the marketing strategies to creating compelling content and sets for our members to collect via continued development of our online and mobile app delivery, this position is for well-rounded professionals who have experience and a passion for the sports trading cards and collectibles industry. The position is based in Santa Ana, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance, grow, and maximize the PSA Set Registry marketing platform.
  • Maintain positive on-going dialogue and relationships with members and our membership relations team to understand the needs of the Set Registry and subsequently effectively navigate company priorities for internal development, design, marketing, and content development activities.
  • Possess strong understanding of the historical and current dynamics of the trading cards and collectibles markets.
  • Experience working in or with the key aspects of the collectibles industry (licensing entities, leagues, players, movie/gaming studios, manufacturers, authentication, distribution, auctions, marketing/promotion, media/pr, events, etc. with relevant personal and professional contacts as a result.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams of various levels, backgrounds, and abilities, in multi-faceted businesses, product line(s), and/or campaigns.
  • Ability to mindfully coach others and be coached in the pursuit of long-term and short-term company and team goals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for all levels of internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor activity on the company’s branded social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and other medium such as message boards to create engaging campaigns that drive awareness and results.

  • Follow and maintain understanding of competitive landscape throughout the industry.

Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, brand, digital, or content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, PR or related field.
  • Key understanding of marketing, branding, competitive analysis, P&L management, scheduling, web/app development, and leadership.
  • Trading card and collectibles knowledge, passion, and experience are a requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels
  • Strong knowledge of Collectibles marketplaces and media channels
  • Experience handling and operating mobile devices.
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Teams, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)

The PSA/DNA Business Operations Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the DNA Operations and tasks relating to Sales support. Primary duties include order prep management, customer relations, and on-site processing. This position will also require being trained and flexible in other areas needed in the NJ Office such as receiving, shipping, processing submissions, sealing, inventory, customer relations, and/or sealing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Tends to day-to-day submission needs of existing clients, including receipt of packages and local pick up/drop off
  • Creates package numbers for all incoming packages
  • Opens, separates, counts, and preps submissions for receiving shelf based on shipping dates and priorities
  • At times, enters items into grading system and prepare items for authentication process
  • Travels across the United States to regional on-site authentication events to assist East Coast sales team
