2016 Nintendo Pokemon XY Black Star Promo

The XY Black Star promos are tied to the XY Series of cards. These began with the Collector's Pin Three Pack Blisters, which occurred the same day as Pokémon X and Y. The release changed the promo card prefix to XY.
