1913 Napoleon Lajoie Card Game

The 1913 Napolean Lajoie Card Game consists of 50 known cards, each one 2-3/8” by 3-1/4”. The cards were issued as part of Parker Brothers’ board game, “The National American Baseball Game.” Card fronts, printed with either a blue or a red tint, feature a full bleed image of the Hall of Famer at bat. The reverse has various baseball plays – such as “One Base Hit,” “Foul Out,” “Triple Play,” and “Home Run” – used in the game. Though not exceedingly scarce, the red-tinted cards are somewhat more difficult to find.
