A $10 show special will be offered for single-signed items


Newport Beach, California (March 12, 2018) – Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) is happy to announce that it will have a team of PSA/DNA (www.PSADNA.com) autograph experts in attendance at the fast-approaching “Chicago Sports Spectacular,” which is being held from Friday, March 16 through Sunday, March 18, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center at 5500 N. River RD, Rosemont, Illinois. PSA/DNA will be examining and authenticating previously signed memorabilia as well as items signed on-site and is offering a special $10 autograph authentication fee for any single-signed item. Turnaround time varies with demand; two-hour service is available for an additional fee. Letters of Authenticity will be issued on-site. Customer Service will be accepting take home submissions for PSA grading services and PSA/DNA autograph encapsulation service, where return shipping is required.

“Chicago is always a great location for sports fans, so we’re anticipating a terrific turnout,” said PSA Vice President Steve Sloan, “especially with both Chipper Jones and Jim Thome signing.”

Each day of the show is jam-packed with sought-after athletes. Scheduled signers on Friday (4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.) will include NFL Hall of Famers Fred Dean and Aeneas Williams, along with retired greats Joe Theismann, Steve Bartkowski and Joe Kapp. Saturday’s (9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) lineup will boast Baseball Hall of Famers like 2018 inductees Chipper Jones, Alan Trammell and Jim Thome, along with fellow Cooperstown residents Mike Piazza and Ozzie Smith, Hoops HOFer Jerry West will also be in attendance on Saturday. On Sunday, autograph signers will include Chicago Bears Hall of Fame linebackers Dick Butkus, Mike Singletary and Brian Urlacher, as well as N.Y. Giants HOFer Lawrence Taylor, NHL Hall of Famers Mike Bossy, Johnny Bucky, Gerry Cheevers and Ray Bourque, and superstars Pete Rose and Brian Bosworth.
