Faster estimated turnaround times are anticipated as PSA announces plans to add two U.S.-based grading facilities by 2026. All ticket grading services are designated for a new outpost in Plano, Texas, while to the southeast, an expansive operation is underway in Boca Raton, Florida. Both locations intend to increase PSA’s grading capacity as demand continues to rise for trading cards, tickets, and other collectibles.

“Quicker turnaround is the goal, operational efficiency is how we get there.” said Ryan Hoge, President of PSA. “We’re building to better accommodate a growing, global community that counts on PSA’s expertise.”

One of the more nuanced PSA categories, ticket authentication and grading will be centralized in Plano and serviced by a growing team of experts. The dedicated facility intends to be fully operational in July.

PSA’s Boca Raton expansion will service trading cards at the outset, operating out of the same office complex as SGC – another grading provider owned by Collectors Universe, Inc. – with both companies working independently. While submitting directly to the facility is not part of the initial plan, PSA customers may receive orders shipped from Boca Raton starting in the fall.

Earlier this year, PSA announced plans to expand into Europe and Canada in 2025, building on its global momentum. Counting existing operations in California, New Jersey, and Tokyo, the planned expansions will equate to five PSA grading hubs globally.
