Effective immediately, the PSA New Jersey office will ONLY accept drop-off submissions for Autograph Authentication, Autograph Encapsulation, Autograph Grading, Original Photographs, and purchases for PSA Supplies. However, we will still honor scheduled appointments for PSA grading submissions until November 30th, 2020. All PSA grading services, bat, glove, ring, award and trophy authentication services must be shipped to their appropriate addresses. Are autographs authenticated and encapsulated at the New Jersey office? If, so how do I submit?
Yes. We do authenticate and encapsulate autograph submissions at the New Jersey office. To submit, schedule an appointment through our online appointment tool or call customer service at (800) 325-1121 for further assistance. Upon arrival at our office at your designated time, you will meet with one of our sales representatives who will guide you through the submission process. Filling out the appropriate PSA submission forms prior to your arrival will help to expedite the process. Each service level and type of submission will need to be submitted separately.
What is the turnaround time for autograph submissions submitted in the New Jersey office?
The turnaround time for any autograph submission dropped off is an estimated 20 business days. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.
Can I request for my autograph order to be shipped back to me from the New Jersey office?
Yes. If requested, the New Jersey office will ship items back to customers. Shipping fees will be added and charged before shipping.
Can I ship my items to the New Jersey office?
Yes. To ship to the New Jersey office, follow the same shipping guidelines as you would for the California headquarters. For more information on how to ship your items, please refer to the packaging guidelines. Be advised that if the item is not easily retrievable through the packaging, is poorly packed and/or is damaged in transit, your package may be refused.

Can I submit professional bat, glove, and ring/award/trophy submissions for authentication at the New Jersey office?
The New Jersey office long accepts professional bat, professional glove, and ring/award/trophy submissions. Please mail those submissions directly to the addresses listed on their submission forms.
Can I submit Original Photograph orders at the New Jersey office?
Yes. We process all original photograph submissions at the New Jersey office, as well as encapsulation services. The turnaround time for original photograph submission is an estimated 30 business days. Please schedule an appointment using our online appointment tool.
