AUTOGRAPH SUBMISSIONS FAQ

Are autographs authenticated and encapsulated at the New Jersey office? If, so how do I submit?

Yes. We do authenticate and encapsulate autograph submissions at the New Jersey office. To submit, schedule an appointment through our online appointment tool or call customer service at (800) 325-1121 for further assistance. Upon arrival at our office at your designated time, you will meet with one of our sales representatives who will guide you through the submission process. Filling out the appropriate PSA submission forms prior to your arrival will help to expedite the process. Each service level and type of submission will need to be submitted separately.

What is the turnaround time for autograph submissions submitted in the New Jersey office?

The turnaround time for any autograph submission dropped off is an estimated 20 business days. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.

Can I request for my autograph order to be shipped back to me from the New Jersey office?

Yes. If requested, the New Jersey office will ship items back to customers. Shipping fees will be added and charged before shipping.

Can I ship my items to the New Jersey office?

Yes. To ship to the New Jersey office, follow the same shipping guidelines as you would for the California headquarters. For more information on how to ship your items, please refer to the packing guidelines. Be advised that if the item is not easily retrievable through the packaging, is poorly packed and/or is damaged in transit, your package may be refused.

Does the New Jersey office accept walk-ins?

No. We accept submissions at our New Jersey office by appointment only. This helps us provide better service to our customers. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please schedule an appointment using our online appointment tool.

Does the New Jersey office offer same-day service without an appointment?

No. Same-day service must be approved by the management team before scheduling an appointment. Please call Customer Service at (800) 325-1121 for further assistance.

BAT, GLOVE, AND RING/AWARD/TROPHY SUBMISSIONS FAQ

Can I submit professional bat, glove, and ring/award/trophy submissions for authentication at the New Jersey office?

Yes. The New Jersey office accepts professional bat, glove, and ring/award/trophy submissions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Only professional bat submissions can be picked up at the New Jersey office.

Can I submit Original Photograph orders at the New Jersey office?

Yes. We process all original photograph submissions at the New Jersey office, as well as encapsulation services. The turnaround time for original photograph submission is an estimated 30 business days. Please schedule an appointment using our online appointment tool.

Can I submit dual service autograph orders at the New Jersey Office?

Yes, we accept dual service autograph orders at the New Jersey Office. The New Jersey office will ship your order to PSA Headquarters and authenticators to go through the full authentication process. Return shipping fees will apply.

TRADING CARDS, TICKETS, AND UNOPENED PACK SUBMISSIONS FAQ

Can I submit PSA cards, tickets, and packs for grading at the New Jersey office?

Yes. The New Jersey office is a drop-off only location for grading submissions. The location does not offer on-site grading for these submissions at this time so we ship all grading submissions to PSA headquarters for you free of charge. However, you are responsible for return shipping.

How long does it take for my grading order to arrive at PSA headquarters?

We ship submissions to PSA headquarters on a weekly basis, fully insured with tracking and signature required. You will receive an email once your submission has arrived at the PSA headquarters. Please allow time for your order to start processing. Please address all questions regarding your PSA grading submissions to [email protected] or call Customer Service at (800) 325-1121.

Do my grading orders get shipped back to me or can I pick-up from the New Jersey office?

All orders will be shipped back directly to you from PSA headquarters. Return shipping fees will apply.
