Collecting Cards of Maurice "Rocket" Richard – A Canadian Legend Both On and Off the Ice
Maurice "Rocket" Richard was a legendary figure for nearly 60 years in his home province of Quebec. A true hometown hero, Richard transcended sports and was considered a cultural icon at the time of his passing in 2000. Maurice Richard made an impression on trading cards as well, and SMR talks to the greatest Rocket collectors in the hobby today.

Collecting the 1969 Topps Basketball Set – Still Standing Tall After 50 Years
Fifty years ago, Topps issued their first basketball set after a 12-year hiatus. Unrealized at the time, the 1969 Topps set would become an iconic issue within the genre. SMR takes a detailed look at these cards and what they mean to the hobby today.
