Tall Boy Submission Reminder
Just a reminder, while tall boys, pins and coins are eligible under the bulk program, they still need to be separated from standard sized card orders. Also, each group needs to qualify-reach the minimum quantity required-on its own. For example, if you have 60 regular sized cards and 40 tall boys, your order does not qualify for the 100-card bulk rate of $7.

New Shipping Rates Effective May 11, 2009
New shipping and handling fees effective May 11, 2009. You will find the updated fees on our online submission center and on our printed forms. In an effort to simplify the shipping process for items submitted to PSA and PSA/DNA we have enhanced our postage and handling charges by combining several items into one simple shipping option. Due to US Postal Service price changes some items have taken a slight increase in price while others have been reduced. Large items like a guitar or shadow box will now be shipped FedEx 3-day for one price. We believe these changes will help you easily figure out your shipping costs when submitting your items to PSA and PSA/DNA. PSA Grading Update: T206 Back Designations Available
After receiving a great deal of feedback from collectors and dealers, PSA has decided to make a labeling modification to all T206 baseball cards submitted from this day forward.
PSA will now designate the backs for all T206's submitted for grading. For example, the top line on the PSA label may read:
T206 Sweet Caporal or T206 Polar Bear
There are several back variations on this issue.
We hope this new labeling feature is enjoyed by collectors and dealers alike.
Please keep in mind that the PSA Population Report will be undergoing changes with respect to newly-labeled T206's versus T206's graded prior to the new labeling approach. Until previously graded T206's are received for re-label, they will remain in the PSA Population Report without the specific back designation.

Importance of Declared Values
A note about the declared value section and service levels: Please keep in mind that the declared value section is crucial in filling out the submission forms properly. For example, if you declare the value on a card, no matter what type of card -- star or common -- and the value is $1,200, you cannot submit that card at any other service other than Express or higher. The value you declare on each and every card affects the service type and failure to comply with the stated rules can delay your order. PSA appreciates your attention to this matter. Please follow the declared value rules stated on the submission form.
Service Levels on the outside of packages
Please remember to mark the outside of your packages with the service(s) you are using especially grading specials. This will help expedite the process of your order and validate your turnaround guarantee.
Fed-Ex Ground packages
Items submitted through any Federal Express service other than Federal Express Ground should be sent to PSA/DNA, 7000 Barranca Pkwy., Irvine, CA 92618. Items submitted through Federal Express Ground service must be sent to PSA/DNA, 1921 E. Alton Ave., Suite 100, Santa Ana, CA 92705
