Dear PSA customer,

As a valued PSA customer, we would like to thank you for your continued support. PSA continues to thrive as a direct result of your coordination. We are looking forward to launching new services in 2006, including unopened pack grading, and building upon our loyal base of customers.

Starting January 15, 2006, new pricing for PSA submissions will go into effect. While some of the services/fees have changed, several have remained the same.

In addition, PSA/DNA has now added a Super Express service where submissions are guaranteed to be processed within 5 business days. For those of you who would like your autographs expedited, an additional fee of $50 will ensure rapid turnaround.

Furthermore, and perhaps most important, is the removal of the commons versus stars issue on trading card submissions. The new PSA submission form will no longer require any distinction between the two categories. Submission rules are based strictly and solely on the declared value of the cards.

As a result, we feel that this new approach will make submitting cards to PSA easier and it will enable customers to submit "star" cards that may have a very low declared value at a lower fee - one that is certainly more appropriate considering the value of the card.
