New Feature in My Set Registry
Commit All Feature. Now you can commit all changes to your sets with one click rather going to each set to make the change. When you add new inventory and select the option to add items which match or replace items if the rating is higher, simply go to "My Sets" after adding your new inventory. If changes have been made to your sets a button will appear called "Commit changes to all sets." Click this button and all sets with changes will be updated at once. This should be a time saver for those who are especially active in the Registry.

Special Announcement from Joe Orlando Regarding Handcut/Panel/Perforated Issues
This email was sent out today to those members participating in the master player sets:
Dear Set Registry Members,
There has been a lot of discussion and debate over the hand-cut/perforated issues as it relates to the Master Sets in the PSA Registry.
We have listened to feedback and we even held a poll. The poll reflected that the majority wished to keep the sets as is. That said, after much thought, I have decided to review each of these issues on a case by case basis and slowly begin modifying the Master Sets where appropriate.
Whether you agree with this approach or not, please understand that we are doing this in what we believe are the best interests of the registrants and with the big picture in mind.
The truth of the matter is that some of these so-called variations are not variations at all. They are the exact same item that has been cut in various ways by hand. In my opinion, if we don’t make the adjustments now, it will create a host of unnecessary and nonsensical requirements for collectors in the long run.
The modifications that we make will not happen overnight and, even if some of items are eliminated from the Master Sets, that will not prevent you from placing those items in the Collectors Showcase. It certainly doesn’t prevent people from collecting them outside of the PSA Registry.
While this was a hard decision, we do believe it is the right one.
The PSA Set Registry is an ever-evolving venue, and as it continues to grow, it is inevitable that other controversial issues will arise. The Registry staff will continue to manage issues like this as best they can in hopes of providing the best possible experience for the collectors.

Software Enhancement
Today we rolled out a couple of new features:
Mass Deletions: You will be able to delete inventory in the same way you add inventory. NOTE: If you have sold a set that is at least 90% complete and you want it to remain in the All Time Finest category, you should delete the set rather than delete the inventory items. This will keep your set completion factor intact. Follow the instructions for Delete a Set in My Sets. If you have items that are in more than one set, then retire all of your sets in My Sets without deleting your inventory. Then you can use Mass Inventory Deletion, which can be found in My Inventory, to remove the items from your inventory.
"Show All" in My Collection: For large set composites, you now have the option when you are viewing your set in My Set Registry to show all the items in the set on one page instead of being forced to go from page to page.

New Feature in My Preferences
If you are running an older computer system and are on a dial up, you can go to "My Preferences" and uncheck "Show Images on Sets." This will speed up the load time for large sets with images. You will still be able to view images by clicking on the camera icon.

Help Boxes in V2
On all pages in My Set Registry, you will find help boxes to guide you through the administration. Once you are familiar with the new software, you can hide the boxes by clicking on the small "x" in the upper right corner of the box.
In addition, if you click the "Help" link on the menu bar and click "User Guide," a printable pdf of the guide is available.
If you find you still need help, email setregistry@collectors.com. During these first couple of weeks, please allow us a little extra time to address your needs.
Missing Cards in Sets
If you find an item is missing from your set, the first thing to do is check the "Action" column within your set in My Sets to see if the card is available to add. If so, add it to your set and commit your change.
If the card is not available to add, check your inventory to see if it is listed. If it is in your inventory, then report it to us using the "Report a cert that should match this composite" link which you will find within your set in My Sets. Please allow at least one business day for the spec number to be added to your set. Once added, you will be able to add the item to your set.
If the item is not listed in your inventory, add it to My Inventory and follow the instructions to add it to your set.

Change in Free Submissions Policy Effective 6/1/08
In order to qualify for free submissions, your set must be 90% complete. Should you qualify for free submissions, email your name, address and phone number to setregistry@collectors.com with the name of the set and you will be mailed a submission form to be used exclusively for your free grades. PSA Set Registry V2
Here are some of the new features:
• Add inventory one card at a time or in batches
• Inventory tracking with price paid and source
• Easy image loading with no size restrictions
• Add multiple sets directly from your inventory
• What if? feature to allow you to see what the addition of a card will do to your ranking
• Collectors Showcase divided into categories and collections easier to locate
• Ability to post comments on other members' sets
• PSA submissions can be viewed within "My Set Registry" and you can add new cards to your inventory, directly from the order screen
Usernames vs. Logins
In V2, you are required to login using your email address and password. Your username is no longer valid as a login. However, your username will be seen by your image albums and various other places in the Registry. Many of you were using your email address as your username. We have truncated your email address so the whole address is not showing. If you wish to change your username go to http://www.psacard.com/Membership/login.html.
Database Import
Where a card was registered in the wrong slot, it has filtered to the correct slot to match the corresponding spec number. However, there may be some cases where no spec number is associated with your card. In that case, the card imported to your inventory but not into your set. If you find a card from your inventory is missing in your set and cannot be added, please contact the registry customer service at setregistry@collectors.com. We will handle these cases on a first come first served basis. Please allow us a little extra time during the first 30 days after launch to address your requests.
Panels, Leader cards, Combos
V2 does not support the addition of a second same spec number to any set. This will affect sets such as the 1951 Berk Ross, 1951 Topps Blue Back and 1962 Topps CFL. These sets have been updated so that panels are associated with the first name on the holder. For example, the Johnny Pesky/Bobby Doerr panel is associated with the Johnny Pesky slot. The Pat Claridge/Steve Cotter panel is associated with the Pat Claridge slot. This change will also affect a few cards in the HOF sets where the same card has been used in two different slots. For example, the 1941 Double Play Johnny Mize-39, Enos Slaughter-40 card can only be used in the Johnny Mize slot, the first name on the card.
Note that in the HOF sets, leader cards and combo cards will only be assigned one slot. In most cases, those slots will be filled in by user request on a first come basis. Therefore, if you are planning to purchase a leader card or combo card for your HOF set, check with set registry customer service first to make sure the card is not already assigned to a particular player. In addition, you can also determine this yourself by using the new “What if?” feature.

Half Grade Calculations
If you submit your cards to PSA for re-grade and they are upgraded, your certification number will remain the same and you will not need to re-add the card to your set. However, you will need to validate your set in order for the GPA and Rating to be updated. Once you have your grades, please login, go Edit Set, bring your set up, and validate!

T206 Varieties
Please note that PSA has recently made a modification in the labeling of the 1909-11 T206 baseball set. PSA is now designating the many different back varieties in this set. As these are newly recognized and previously not cataloged in our database, you may receive an error message pertaining to a spec # not being associated with this set. Please allow 1 business day for the spec # to be added. Once the set has been updated, you will be able to add your card. As a reminder, the spec #'s are PSA's internal numbering system and is how the Registry recognizes valid cards for the sets. Thanks in advance for your patience.
