The 1975 Topps Mini set is unique in that it was originally distributed only in California and Michigan. With a great selection of star rookies and a very colorful design, this set is familiar to most collectors. George Brett and Robin Yount rookie cards, both members of the Hall of Fame, highlight the set. Another Hall of Famer, Gary Carter, also has a rookie card in the set. In addition, the rookie cards of Jim Rice, Fred Lynn, and Keith Hernandez are included in this set. This makes this set one of the most power packed rookie card lineups ever. Another great aspect to this set is the inclusion of the MVP cards; these cards feature great duos like Mantle and Aaron, Berra and Mays. Early cards of Ryan, Schmidt, Rose, and Winfield are nice features as well as Harmon Killebrew's last card. Hank Aaron rounds out the set at #660, which is a very desirable card in the set. Beware of poor centering and chipping along the multicolored edges; these cards can be tough. To read an in-depth article, click here.
