SET REVIEW
PSA Q & A Question: When I hear the word "clubhouse" to describe a signed baseball, does that mean that the entire ball has been forged?Answer: Sometimes, a clubhouse attendant, batboy or other in-house employee would sign entire baseballs on behalf of the team. Other times, items were signed in part by the players and then the "clubhouse" person would fill in the blanks so that the baseball was more complete. Either way, the forgeries certainly weren't malicious in nature but team baseballs can carry one clubhouse signature to several to the entire team depending on what was needed at the time.
