PSA COLLECTORS'S CORNER
PSA Q & A Question: Does it matter or affect the value if a check is signed on the front or back?Answer: Great question. All things being equal, most people prefer personal checks that are signed on the front for display purposes. They are simply easier to show off; however, certain checks were intended to be signed on the reverse... like payroll checks. In those cases, since that is where they should be signed, it doesn't affect the value in a negative way.
