PSA EDITORIAL
PSA Q & A Question: Is there is a difference in value between Presidential autographs signed while in office versus before or after their term?Answer: Yes, generally speaking, most collectors of historical autographs prefer examples that can be positively identified as ones signed while in office versus non-term autographs. In some cases, it may be difficult to prove but, in others, the autographs may appear on an official government document or be dated during the terms, which makes them more desirable.
