Dhjacks - The Number One Current Finest 1985 Prism/Jewel Stickers Basketball Set
Dhjacks has a large basketball card collection with many of his sets in the top 5. It is clear he collects quality as the cards in his sets add up to high GPAs. Last year he received the "Best of the Registry" certificate for the 1985 Prism/Jewel Stickers set, taking over the now #3 set which had held the lead for three years in a row. Five of the stamps in Dhjacks's 14-card Prism/Jewel set are "Top Pops" with the Sidney Moncrief card the finest graded. The set has a GPA of 7.98, one whole point above the #2 set. Dhjacks has treated us with images for these very colorful, fun stamps. Click here to view.

PSA Q & A
Question:
I know that the 1940 Play Ball baseball card set has started to pick up in the market. Do you know why?
Answer:
The 1940 Play Ball set has often been overlooked despite the fact that the set is actually tougher than the 1939 or 1941 Play Ball sets. The design is somewhat plain, due to the black and white format, but the cards are arguably more ornate than the 1939 cards. The set is filled with some great names and Hall of Famers but, for years, many of those cards were overlooked since several of them were produced post-playing days. The set has started to pick up in the market in the past year or so because it combines difficulty with a great selection of names.
