Set Registry Luncheon Planned in July
This year's PSA Set RegistrySM luncheon will be held on Friday, July 29, 2005 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, during the National Sports Collectible Show. Formal invitations to this event will be emailed to all Set Registry members at the end of May. We look forward to seeing old friends and new members this July.
New Deadline Announcement for 2006 Awards
As in previous years, the deadline for the 2005 PSA Set RegistrySM awards is October 31, 2005. However, beginning in 2006, the awards deadline will be moved up to May 31st. This will allow us to recognize the winners with their awards at the summer PSA Set RegistrySM luncheons. This move will give you a shorter window the first year in which to update your sets, but will fall back to the 12 month period in 2007. Click here to learn more about the PSA Set RegistrySM Awards.
Important Notice Regarding Missing Spec Numbers
If you attempt to add a card to your set that does not have a spec number associated with it, you will get an error message. You should email setregistry@collectors.com with the certification number of the card. Note that it is NOT necessary to send a scan of the card. The spec numbers are PSA's internal numbering system. A spec number error message does not mean that the card is not in the database. It merely means that we need to add the spec number to the Set Registry. There will be a high incident of missing spec numbers in modern sets, player sets, and HOF sets.
