PSA PLAYER SPOTLIGHTS
A Melo Fellow's Accent
Players like Carmelo Anthony "only come around once in your lifetime," according to University of Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim. Few young players show such an understanding of the game, or such on-court prowess, or such devotion to teamwork as this future superstar from Baltimore. This Melo fellow is truly one to watch. The Duke of Flatbush
If you asked a New Yorker during the 1950s or '60s who was the greatest centerfielder, you would have heard "Mickey Mantle" and "Willie Mays" a lot, but you also would have heard "Duke Snider." The cocky Duke may have a reputation for bull-headedness, but his exploits on the diamond have made him a permanent favorite among Dodger fans and card collectors. This article examines the career and the cards of "The Silver Fox."

PSA Q & A
Question:
Why is Hank Aaron batting left-handed on his 1957 Topps card -- was he a switch hitter early in his career?
Answer:
Hank Aaron was one of the greatest hitters of all-time; however, he batted right-handed only. This popular card is a result of a reverse negative that placed Aaron hitting from the left side instead of the right. This "error" card was never corrected. If it were corrected, the variation would certainly bring a premium.
