PSA VINTAGE SET REVIEW

Bell Brand - A Tough Regional Issue
In 1958, the first year the Dodgers were in Los Angeles, the Bell Brand company celebrated by including sports cards inside packages of their corn and potato chips. Unsurprisingly, most cards packed next to the oily chips became stained, and today high-grade examples are scarce and sought after. Collector Kevin Saucier examines these tasty regional cards. PSA Q & A

Question: What type of writing instrument would you suggest using on a baseball if I want to have it signed by a Hall of Famer?

Answer: Ballpoint seems to be the preferred choice in the hobby. They write clearly and tend to hold over time with proper care. Sharpie pens are a very dangerous choice for baseballs because they tend to "bleed" over time and that really destroys the eye-appeal and legibility of the autograph.
