PSA Q & A

Question: What does an erased signature do a signed baseball?

Answer: Well, it can no longer be considered a single signed ball for one thing. Single signed baseballs are prized amongst collectors so, sometimes, ball doctors will erase other signatures on a ball to leave only one autograph. It can almost always be detected and it will hurt the overall value since an alteration has been done.
