Final Day of Bidding

The final day of the auction is Thursday, December 1st. If you are the only bidder on a lot, of if a lot has received no bids, that lot will close at 11:00pm EST. For all other lots, the auction will close lot by lot on a 30 minute closing timer. This means that starting at 11:30 pm EST, any lot that has had no bidding activity during the prior 30 minutes will be closed. After 11:00 pm EST, each additional bid on a lot will reset and extend bidding for 30 minutes on that lot only. All lots will be open for bidding to any registered bidder until the lot is closed. There is no initial bid requirement in order to bid after 11:00pm EST.

In 1996, he started Superior Sports Auctions to focus on selling world-class collections through catalog/telephone auctions. In 1999, Collectors Universe (parent company of PSA) purchased Superior Sports Auctions, upon agreement that Bussineau would stay on and run the company for three years.
